What is Genosys BIO-MESO™?

Genosys BIO-MESO™ is a non-invasive treatment that relies on spicules — tiny, purified micro-crystals derived from natural sources. When gently massaged into the skin, these spicules embed themselves in the upper dermal layers, creating microscopic, invisible channels.

This process serves two key functions:

Treatment Details

The treatment involves cleansing the skin, followed by a gentle massage of the Genosys spicule-infused serum onto the face and neck.
A tingling or prickly sensation is felt as the spicules embed themselves into the skin.
The final active ingredient (Exosomes or PDRN) is then applied and absorbed.
The entire procedure takes approximately 45-60 minutes.
Downtime is minimal, but the skin will feel and look different immediately after:
Feeling: A mild 'sandpaper' texture or prickling sensation may be felt on the skin for up to 48 hours as the spicules dissolve.
Appearance: Expect mild-to-moderate redness, similar to a light sunburn, for 24 hours. Mild peeling or flaking may occur 2–3 days later.
Avoid: Strenuous exercise, direct sun exposure, sauna, and harsh exfoliating products for 48 hours.
Do: Use only the recommended post-treatment gentle cleanser, soothing serums, and a high-quality SPF. Do not pick at flaking skin.
A course of 3-5 treatments, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, is recommended to achieve the deepest and most sustained collagen remodelling and texture improvement.
You will notice an immediate change in texture and brightness. However, the most visible results — reduction in scarring, refined pores, and true collagen-driven firmness — will develop over 4–6 weeks as the skin completes its cellular regeneration cycle.
